We guarantee our personalized coffee gifts to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund within 30 business days.

Our customer service team is happy to help answer any questions you may have regarding your return via email or chat. Depending on your preference, we will work with you to quickly issue a replacement order issue or refund back to your original form of payment within 30 business days.

  • Part of your order is missing from the package 
  • You do not receive your order but it has been marked as delivered by USPS, UPS or FEDEX
